I have to say, I very rarely write reviews but Alto is deserving of every bright five star. Alto came to my rescue today after FedEx lost my package of time sensitive medications from another pharmacy. It was hand delivered to my door by an Alto carrier. The app reflected a very accurate time window with real time updates as the driver got closer in the last half hour. When your medication is MIA it's stressful. I love that Alto doesn't pass off your medicine to a second party. I will be using Alto again and again. Thank your for this reliable and user-friendly service.
