Well located on Ellendale, and Morgan is a great manager; as long as he is still there, I would highly recommend the complex!
The landlord / property manager Morgan and head of maintenance Hugo keep the complex clean & issue free, they're always professional, and quickly handle any work order. Complex is quiet and close to campus if you're a student.
