  Stuho has been really great -- Ron, my property manager, is particularly wonderful with communication and making sure that all our needs have been met, and also in reaching out personally to my parents whenever they have questions! My maintenance requests have always been met within 24 hours and Maria at the front desk is also very timely in her correspondence with us! Very happy with Stuho!

  Our manager Ron G Salvame went above and beyond when it came to helping us with any household issues. He was always understanding and would get all the work done very quickly. We have had to deal with very bad managers before but Ron was simply the best. We would definitely recommend living in a property managed by Stuho.

  Spacious and clean apartment. Was very convenient as it is located very close to the University and all major grocery stoes. The management was responsive and took care of issues quickly.
