Booked this limo service after seeing rave reviews on Yelp to go down to SAP center for a concert tonight. The first driver was on time very friendly and a good driver. He dropped us off and told us that another driver would be returning us. Fine... All good from there. When the concert ended we were able to fairly easily find the new driver. She was driving a huge Cadillac Escalade. Super comfy and roomy. Only one problem.. She couldn't seem to manage a car that size. She was driving 95 down the 280, swerving into other lanes, changing lanes into people's blind spots and at one point we caught her texting. When we finally made it home safely (whew) I called the company to report the reckless driving. The operator didn't speak fluent English and kept confusing me with another customer. When she finally figured out who I was all she could say was thanks for letting us know. Not even an apology. Didn't seem right after such a chaotic ride back up to SF. If I don't hear back from the company this week I will have to report the reckless driving to law enforcement. (Would've given zero stars but the first driver was great and doesn't deserve the bad wrap of his careless colleagues).
