  Beautiful facility! But wait times at least for some doctors can be too long. Still waiting at 1:45 for a doctor for a 12:30 appointment. ☹️

  I found this location clean, efficient / organized, with plenty of bathrooms available. There's also parking and a cafe with affordable and healthy options with a nice outdoor seating area. There's an additional seating area that I did not visit on one of the upper floors. Inside, the natural lighting is ample, stylish yet appropriate seating, and I love the maple picture frames on their decor with very earthy and/or floral scenes. Another reviewer was critical of the "futuristic" vibe, but the coloring of the tinted windows and friendliness of the staff make it very warm and inviting. The check in kiosks were kind of fun, but staff was available for additional assistance. They all seemed very competent as well as nice and professional. I am very impressed, but also fyi, no urgent care is available at this location (at least at this time). Yes, there is a lab. Also, you're supposed to check in earlier than your appointment, and I had a very minimal wait. Kudos to whoever made this place happen. It definitely seems to be working out!
