    Came to Visit my Aunt, the impression from the surrounding outside environments was not pleasant and PARKING is not the greatest and takes time to find. But once inside the Staff and Residents greet you with a BEAUTIFUL SMILE and a WELCOME that make you feel at ease. My Aunt has always been in positive spirits when she resides here. She has been in and out of this facility and always wants to return to its FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT and competent STAFF. Thank you for Staff for keeping my aunt happy and attended to.

    Buena Ventura has the best staff and patient care services in LA. I definitely recommend BV to all families needing care for loved ones.

    My grandmother was in this place for a long time, and she was taken care in a loving way. People are very profesional and take care of their patients as their own family.

    I'm Sorry , but I made a mistake about Buena Ventura.. I had a nice experience there physical therapy and structures were excellent and the residents were very nice and polite.. I just wish that I could relate more with with the patient there because they were non speaking English there at that time mostly. Thank You for your Help.
