  I’ve known Tom my entire life and just hired him to train me for my first marathon; and, it’s the best decision I’ve made. Tom is experienced, knowledgable, and accessible to answer questions and provide specifics on any topic related to what I’m training. I highly recommend Tom for anybody age 5 and older (I’m 49). You’ll thank me for it!

  Coach Tom with Slash Athlete is the key to your kids learning proper mechanics for sport that will allow them to reach their potential without injury. Tom knows sports, conditioning, kids. He started by training his daughter and her soccer team as their coach and mentor. Now his talent is available to many others and you will not be sorry you chose this amazing trainer and terrific person to work with your kids.

  Tom is a total pro. He has experience as an athlete on a multitude of levels. Tom is also a proud and loving parent. Combine those, and you get a comprehensive strength and conditioning coach. He knows not only how to coach, but also how to focus on your child's specific needs, based on their unique strengths and weaknesses. Tom knows how to speak to, and motivate a young athlete. My son looks forward to his sessions with Tom. He has improved not only on the fields(Baseball & Soccer) but in his attitude and outlook on and off the field.
  Physically. Mentally. Emotionally.
  Cannot recommend Slash Athlete enough.

  My son (13) who plays high level travel baseball along with school flag football and basketball has been training with Coach Tom along with 2 of his buddies for 4 months and his speed, coordination and agility on both the baseball field and football field have increased dramatically. I can’t wait for basketball to start to see how his speed and lateral movement have improved as well. Tom is great with youth athletes, extremely dedicated to his craft and detailed oriented. I highly recommend him to any parent looking to help their young athlete. The best thing about his program is he keeps it fun for the kids so they hardly know how hard they are working and improving.

  My daughter (13, soccer) and son (11, travel baseball, soccer, flag football) have both trained with Slash Athlete and loved it. Coach Tom is knowledgeable, patient, and passionate. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you look at your kid run, and something inside of you says, "Does that look right?" Give Coach Tom a call.
