(August 24, 2018, 11:14 am)Great apartment, awesome staff! It’s a pleasure coming home to this apartment every day. It was thoughtfully designed and made, and is diligently maintained. The management is particularly exceptional. One highlight: in an embarrassing blunder, I accidentally dropped my work ID/key card down the elevator shaft. But Tania and the staff were extremely gracious, and within a day, I had my ID back. They seem to genuinely want people to love living here, and it really shows in their words, attitude, and actions.

(April 14, 2018, 9:46 pm)I've spent 5 years at Studio 4121 and couldn't have been happier with the community. The staff was always very friendly, and everything always got taken care of on time. The building is clean and safe, and the location is perfect. Highly recommended.

(April 9, 2018, 2:55 pm)Maria is the best reason to live here! Not only does she keep the building beautifully clean, she’s always ready with a smile and a treat for all the fur babies here. When I moved in, she insisted on helping me hang paintings. She’s always doing things like that. I literally had to chase her down the street and stuff money in her pockets to give her a tip she refused to take. She genuinely loves working here and it shows!

(March 6, 2018, 10:45 pm)Been here now a month. The management team is professional and polite as well as kind and welcoming. The maintenance staff is also great!! Things are clean and well kept and the community is quiet and mostly adult. The move in process was easy and I am very happy thus far! The location is really great if you work in or around LA. I was living on the west side before this and have found this to actually be a better spot for my overall commute. Apartments are nice. Black marble tops, dark brown wood, Stainless. Electric so bummer there, would have preferred gas but its all good. The little weight room handles most needs and generally one would feel safe in and around the property.
