  5 stars. Excellent ???? communication. Our 10 year old Samsung refrigerator went out. Vazquez appliance sent out their technician the very next day. Updated us on his ETA and was done within the hour. .

  Great customer service. Literally walked in and was able to take home a washer, dryer and fridge! They delivered it our new apartment. Used but great quality! We saved hundreds of dollars! Definitely recommend if looking for used appliances. They have great deals if moving or looking to replace something broken. Henry offered us warranty on our appliances and although we called him within the first week for our fridge. He was more than happy to come out and resolve the issue within 5min. A piece installed was rattling making a noise, however it wasn’t noticeable until plugged in and being used so it wasn’t anything serious. More nuisance.
  
  I don’t know very much about installing washers, dryers or fridges, but when I called Henry, he was more than willing to answer all my questions and able to provide whatever parts I needed for a lot cheaper than Amazon, Lowe’s or Home Depot offered.

Vasquez Appliances is wonderful! My dryer went out, it would randomly turn on and then off after a few seconds, I had multiple loads of laundry to dry and was very frustrated with this problem.
