(May 14, 2019, 12:59 pm)I was extremely apprehensive about my Ikea delivery seeing all the horrible reviews but I may have been one of the lucky ones. my Ikea delivery was scheduled to be delivery by TForce yesterday between 10am-2pm. At around10:30am the TForce driver called me to let me know he was 25 minutes away. They came exactly when they said they would and even knew how to get up to my door I don't even know how they did it! My apartment is gated and even the elevator requires a code to get up. I did not give them any of that info I assumed they would call when they got here and I would let them up.
They brought in all my heavy furniture and made it look very quick and easy. Very professional. I took the day off for this so thank you for not wasting my day! I super appreciate it!
