  Excellent service at the loby. The ladies were very friendly. Especially because I had to stay because of a very delicate situation. They were extremely professional. I loved the security coming and leaving the parking made me feel that my car was safe

  I never take the time to complete surveys or rate places but in all the time I have experience staying in a hotel or motel I have always had a microwave and a small fridge for the same price and the first time I stay in a motel 6 it was a shocker to me that there was no microwave no small fridge and if I wanted a small fridge I had to pay an additional I don't know how much. Otherwise very nice & clean place staff gives great customer service. I guess if you don’t care for a microwave or a refrigerator then you’re good off staying here. Again nice place.

  The room itself and scenery surrounding the Motel were beautiful. I did have an issue with a leak in my room due to the storm, but the management team was quick to resolve the concern and offer compensation towards my next stay. My next stay was a dream. I appreciate the cleaning staff and the polite and courteous front desk staff. I would certainly stay again and recommend a stay to others. Thank you!

  I have to say I was surprised and impressed with the security. I have traveled cross country several times, hence stayed in numeral hotel/motels and have never ever seen a security booth at any hotel -- LOVE IT!!! The first point of contact was professional and courteous. The security staff were visible. I felt safe in my room, and confident my car would not be broken into. The front desk was just as professional and courteous; they were friendly, very knowledgeable and straight forth. The young man (I think Isiah or Issac) that assisted me was professional, courteous and knowledgeable as well. Shout out to him!!!! I really appreciate that. Some people may be put off by having the leave their ID for using the iron, but I get it -- people will steal. No ironing board was a little odd but old well. The towels could be a little softer. The one point that stands out is not enough electrical outlets. Overall, I wish more hotels has some sort of on-site security.

  The room that I stayed (218), was very neat and clean and very well organized with clean bath accessories and neat and clean bedding.
  
  For my stay I was greeted by a very nice young lady at the desk named Nancy. This location is provided with excellent security with off duty officers at the gate and guards who walk the grounds.
  
  The appearance of the grounds are well kept as the same for the interior.
  
  To question would I stay at Motel 6 Sylmar, my answer is definitely Yes.
