Great customer service.... Spent several hundred dollars, have several tattoos, ty, THANK YOU for not following me around like I'm gonna steal. When you asked and did help me, I felt it was genuine. That goes a long way. I went for shoes, unfortunately their shoe selection is extremely small.the Reseda branch is bigger, but they only carry one size in each style.

Just stopped by today to buy a new toy been there a few times everytime I go it's always a great experience staff is very friendly very informative and helpful. I was sold on a new FemmeFunn Ultra Wand great quality 👌 totally worth the price!

Best place in the valley!!! Huge selection and variety of toys for all kinks. Staff is friendly and well trained. My only problem I’d that they don’t sell anything furry related :( but every thing else is great. IGN 10/10 would recommend.

Everyone is so easy to talk to that i have never even felt embarrassed to ask them those embarrassing questions...every other place ive felt uncomfortable and like i was dumb for even asking them but not here.they are so friendly and make it easy , What i love the most is they have something for everyone.. From The Hard core with with the whips and ball gags, to the people who just want to watch a movie and have an amazing tasting treat and believe me, EVERYTHING ELSE THATS IN BETWEEEN!
The clothes is for ALL shapes and sizes which is perfect for someone like me.i found it really awesome that i didn't have to look like a model to find something cute to wear too!
