(December 1, 2018, 12:07 pm)UPDATED DEC 1, 2018. This 4 star rating for the Foothill/Hubbard Starbucks is a split decision for the Salinas family - my wife would rate it 5 stars, I would rate it 3. Everyone here knows my wife and her drinks and treats her like a queen. My experience is that about 30% of the time they miss the mark - wrong drink, long wait, out of stock products and an occasional bad service, and that is an improvement over when they first opened 4-5 years ago. When Rachel the manager is there, things run better, but when she is gone, not so well. Hope it works better for you all.
