Alex is professional courteous and quick to assess and remedy the drain clog. In and out in about 20 min at a fair price highly recommend Rescue Rooter

Very patient man explain things thoroughly.
Gave me a couple options which I thought were good , we tried the 1st one and it worked without trying to get more money out of a job I felt he was very honest.
In my opinion that's a good reason to have this company come back they're there to help And they were honest.

(December 28, 2019, 4:07 pm)John was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the problem my house was having. He unclogged the pipes and make the shower, sink and toilet run the water easy. He explained what to do and what not to do for this problem not to happen again. He also told me if it happens again in the next 90 days , he will come and do it a not charge. That is a nice warranty. I highly recommend them, they were nice on the phone and nice here, even John’s supervisor Vincent came to check. I will call them again anytime I have a plumbing issue. Thank you
