I am a repeating customer due to the exceptional quality of the hair and the fast shipping. Staff is very knowledgeable and even if you're a novice with purchasing hair, the staff provides so much information that you are confident with your purchase. I've tried almost all the different patterns and haven't been disappointed yet.
Recently, I received an incorrect order and ladies as soon as I made then aware, I was given a return label (for the item sent in error) and my correct order was shipped out overnight. After receiving this quick turnaround service, I will forever be a loyal patron.
