We live in another state and we needed a car ignition key made remotely. Get Pro Locksmith was very accommodating, great to work with, communicated well, followed up well, and got the key made quickly and with no issues.

You will be so glad that you worked with them any in any capacity especially calling them for help! In every way they are kind hearted, they are intelligent, they respond within in a very short time! They remember you and, as I found out, any follow-up details they won't get paid for they respond to immediately and with much kindness! Also they had to make a key for a very old car -not a simple job... and they did it very fast! Great skills!

WOW! The best service call I have ever received. On time, polite, intelligent, skilled and reasonable cost. Sean is the owner, I believe, he does the work, is very professional. My problem was a lock that was non operable. He successfully repaired it but told me he was uncertain that it would operate properly after a number of uses due to its age (about 50 years old). I asked him if it could be replaced. The lock was mounted onto a metal sliding door. I did not want to replace the metal sliding door. He said let me work on it. He called me back in two days and said that the original lock was no longer made. He said that he found another lock that he thought would work. He offered to install it free and confirm it would work. I reimbursed him for the lock when he ordered it (he never cashed my check until after the job was completed). The lock is installed and works great. Oh, he made me some spare keys (two came with the lock) free of charge. he said, incase I lost them I might as well have a couple of extra. He said call me if you have any other problems. Not only will I call but I am telling my friends that this is a rare find, someone who does MORE than expected. One last thing, sure I am complimentary about Sean, he deserves it. Guess what, his wife works for the company and does support and scheduling. She is his mirror image...the nicest people and they just care about making customers happy.
