YOGA CLASS

I cannot find the words to describe my great experience at this place. I started to learn as a beginner and attended the yoga sessions for more than a year. The instructor is so nice, patient, and professional. She corrects my poses to ensure I did not hurt myself. I highly recommend this yoga place. You will feel extremely relaxed after each session.

Best yoga instructor I’ve ever had! She has the most amazing character that makes you wanna practice Yoga with her everyday. She is a professional observer and takes her time modifying my poses and is so passionate about teaching. Sahar is full of knowledge and has the most nurturing character. I can’t wait for next session!!

I am addicted…it’s one of the best studio in valley that I have been there and strongly recommend it.she is very knowledgeable trainer.

if you want to get in shape with someone who actually knows what she is talking about, she is the one . She is fantastic. Great Zen energy, very attentive and always professional and punctual. I am a beginner and the progress I have made has been extraordinary. I can not recommend her highly enough.
