If you are looking for a great instructor and Pilates class, you should definitely try Gina’s. She is engaged every step of the way, and will guide and correct posture and/or form when needed. I have been able to notice a difference in strength and am happy that with her class I was able to achieve this goal. You will enjoy her sessions!

Pilates on zoom? Well, why not give it a go. I am so thankful I did, this class has been a beacon of light in my little covid cave world. Though some of the moves are challenging, Gina has a wonderful way to explain the exercises, it's like you are there in the studio. She is crazy patient, kind and very fun to work with. Gina's examples are very easy to grasp due to her way of using visuals. I find that the more I take this class the stronger I get, and it's not just physically, I feel stronger mentally as well. Gina is a light, and she goes the extra mile for her students, which is encouraging because you want to give her class your all. It's one of the best pilates instruction I have ever had, and especially since it's not in person, I feel that speaks volumes. I love this class, and I am so grateful to be a part of it!

I thought Pilates was for dancers but decided to give Gina a try. Gina understands the mechanics of the human body and teaches Pilates in a “visual & descriptive” way that connects with me. She is patient, extremely detailed, and has helped me become strong, more confident and mostly, get addicted to Pilates! As a 55-year-old woman, I now want to work on core strength, flexibility, and muscular structure. Gina and her Pilates does this for me and I appreciate her, as an instructor, constantly learning and trying to improve her craft. Thank you Gina!
