  WOW, we're lucky to have beautiful and fresh sweets right at our doorstep, but the taste sensation doesn't stop there. Diamond Sweets also have a kabob menu! we could not resist then Lula kebob plate and chicken kebob plate. generous sides and bread to accompany the meals. the place is brand new clean and very well presented. keep this place on your radar, you won't regret it.

  I just saw it on Foothill Blvd. and stopped in for pastry and coffee. I should have stayed for lunch. Everything I ordered was so fresh and delightful that I stayed almost 45 minutes there. The Napoleon was to die for, flaky and so fine you could cut it with a fork. And then I tried the Walnut Triangle... I had to have 3 of those. Yes, this is the place to go for fine pastries.

  This is a new opened bakery and bbq area. Everything is fresh and delicious. Great customer service and excellent food starting from coffee to pastries, and perashki from bbq place. This is the place we were waiting for a long time to get everything we need. Going back there soon to taste more pastries and bbq.

  Talk about a breathe of fresh air for Sunland/Tujunga! This is the type of specialty cafe we need to combat all of the drab fast food around the place. A bakery and cafe with open flame barbecue to boot? Had to try.
  
  We ordered an assortment of potato and beef piroshki and cheese puff pastry called khachapuri and everything was absolutely delicious. You can get these pastries around the valley from various bakeries but you can tell Diamond uses a home grown recipe and pays attention to the final product very closely.
  
  The potato and beef filling for the peroshki were perfectly seasoned with both dry AND fresh herbs (something you won't find at competing bakeries). Biting into the soft warm dough the aroma of dill hits your nostrils and you understand the difference between care and quality and mass production. Everything was fresh and delicious and the service was top notch!
  
  I will be coming back to test their barbecue plates this weekend.

  So far i have tried some of their sweet items, coffee and bread and they were all excellent !!!
  What stood out to me were the freshness, taste, and textures. And the fact that the pastries are not overpoweringly sweet compared to other bakery's.
  Also they serve Unincorporated Coffee which is one of my absolute favorites!
  
  Can't wait to go back to try their other pasteurized and also their kabobs.
