“I bought a refurbished laptop at a discount and that meant a delay in fulfillment. Fine with me. I was told over the phone exactly how long it would take and that turned out to be true. I was provided UPS tracking so was able to be home when it arrived due to its accuracy. The model I received was not the exact one I ordered - it was actually an upgrade! The box it came in was awfully large and I thought I must have ordered a desktop...then I saw the careful packing job that framed my diminuitive laptop. This thing would have to fall off a 10 story building to bust itself up. I did not know exactly how to operate it when it arrived so I called the toll free number and spoke to Michael, who walked me through my Duh moments and got the excellent machine working beautifully. I was disappointed that there was no manual included, but Michael recommended I go to the manufacturer home page where I downloaded user tips. In that document I was alerted to the internal users guide on the machine which I have yet to explore fully, but has me flying all over the features. As we speak my battery is recharging and Im typing this review via my pre-loaded internet connection. I highly recommend this big company who yet retains the Mom and Pop feel. ”

“This place is awesome. Anyone else notice that there is a shortage of good Mexican food in this area? The food is first class, the beans and salsa bar incredibly generous and amazing. Very vegetarian friendly. They also have whole wheat tortillas, that are heart healthy. Prices very reasonable. We are there regularly.”

“First time hiking this part of trail. Usually begin @ park mid-La Tuna Cyn but it's still closed from fire damage in Spring???? Mostly fire roads but you can pick up a few trails & make hike as easy, moderate as desired. Encountered no difficult trails in this 2-3 mile section. Plan to return for longer hike, make trek over to Wildwood in Burbank soon! Friend took photos, will post those later!”
