(December 12, 2018, 12:00 pm)Leg day with Naftali was superb. Showed me proper form on deadlifts, squats, and even showed me how I can improve on it with ease. Going in next week to do back and arms will update you guys as I go! So far so good though.

Man had me dead but such a knowledgeable guy. I highly recommend going to him for not only teaching me what I was doing wrong but also teaching me what I could do to be better. Thanks brotha
