Chris gave us a fantastic deal on an Airloom mattress, but when it was delivered, wasn't as soft as we wanted. They have a fantastic exchange policy, and though we wanted to trade up, we didn't want to pay a huge price change. Chris and Rich both worked with us to make sure we found the best fit, so when they got a damaged Airloom returned, Chris gave us a call and made us an even trade. This bed we have now is super lush, and am so happy we decided to purchase from such a kind, understanding & reasonable team! They've earned loyal customers for life!

After the horrifying realization that I could FEEL the coils I was sleeping on, a friend recommended Mattress Pros and yelp verified what was to be my experience. The guys working were super knowledgeable and not pushy at all, which is the dream scenario. They helped us find a mattress in our price range and delivered it that same day, as I couldn't spend even one more night on my current mattress. I will come back here again for my next mattress!!!!
