Saved my night, great customer service placing the tow call. And Ernest was very fast with the tow and courteous. I hope I won't need a tow, but if I do I'll call Ernest.

Im not going to badmouth anyone for doing their job or disrespect neither the towing company nor the property owners that use them. Bills have to get paid and the family has to get fed. Please remember when out there doing your job that not everyone wants to be in the way. It's that there's nowhere else for some people to go. And some of these places are chosen for safety reasons and not to be a nuisance. And theres those that overdue t and make everyone else look worse when they're trying to get back on thier feet. I ran out of gas at a car wash and I informed the attendant that I would return with gas. By the time I returned the owner was there and my van hooked up to the tow truck. As I argued with the owner and explained that I had notified the attendant and I had no money to get my van back if they took it. The tow truck driver without saying a word unhooked my van and drove off. Thank you Im sorry I did not get your name. So thank all of you at RCs towing.
