So far so good. My homeowners ins. Took care of hiring theses guys. Only thing is they should've had my phone number to arrange the time of delivery. I should've been there tho advise where to place the unit(s). And they drove here once when my vehicle was parked in the area. I had no idea they were coming.nor didn't my agent know the time of delivery. Sometime between 8-5. Drivers can call customers with eta Communication is key.

We used one of their pods to store the contents of our garage while working on it. Value was OK, showed up on time, all the stuff came back undamaged, we definitely got what we paid for and expected.

The courtesy and professionalism of the driver set them way above the competition though. We have a narrow and steep street and he really worked with me to get it placed exactly as we needed, was very precise and careful with the container and property, and professional and polite. Highly recommend.
