  I take every review very seriously keeping in mind it can help or close down a business. I have years renting from public storage wasting my money paying for overpriced units. I finally decided to move what was left of my things after my storage and 20 more storages on my floor were broken into. You would think paying to the dollar for storage in Sherman oaks on Van Nuys Blvd would have better security. People lived inside these units and would turn their heads if it was brought to there attention. The day I moved to Sherman oaks mini storage I was under a lot of stress and running late. Both of the gentlemen in the office were sympathetic yet very professional. My unit was clean, it also looked and was as described to him over the phone. To my surprise, you can drive up to every unit in this building making it easy to moving in or out. One of my favorite things about the way this storage is run is you can call or pay for your storage over the phone. They make everything so easy for you keeping in mind we are all busy and things can always go wrong at any time. I shouldn't make my reviews personal taking into consideration im with google reviews however I highly recommend this location to anyone.

  I got reffered here by my friends who is renting an office space for more than a year and is very happy.
  I worked with Jeff and Eldwin in the front desk which were very polite and helpful and gives great customer service!
  I recommend to get here a storage if you need one, especially if your needs are related to construction because the streets around here are full with vendors!

  Eldwin, Jeff, Rhonda are Amazing!! Second time here In two days! They handled my company's needs and in a fast time!! Great people! Great Service! Would highly recommend! The golf cart trips are also a plus! Thanks again Sherman Oaks MiniStorage Team!

  Our company, has been here over 5 years and these past 5 years I've been here has i had have the best experience with the mini storage team.
  Jeff the manager is very friendly, on top of everything.
  gives the best customer service including the staff and the location is very clean and safe.
  if you are looking for a storage location or rental office i highly recommend mini storage.

  This place is beyond the best, I would recommend it if you need a storage! Only way in and out is with your security code. There is always someone in The office 7 days a week. we have 5 storages and we never had a issue with anything! Everyday They clean the floor and make sure everything is perfect. They always have a promotion going on for the first few months! Make sure to check them out!
