(July 12, 2018, 3:00 pm)I live in OKC and was buying a car in LA. So I called Van Nuys Autoworks to have them do the inspection as a 3rd party and he found some problems and told me right away. He then asked for my card over the phone but I didn't feel comfortable. Come to find out he has Chase bank so he willingly accepted payment through QuickPay! Talk about customer service!

(March 27, 2017, 7:48 pm)LOVE this place!! Not only have these guys helped me at short notice and given me prices that are more than fair, they also do a fantastic job in a very timely manner. I even asked them to take a look at my glitching headlights while I was there, and they were able to fix them right then and there at no cost to me. This place reminds me of an auto place you would find in a small town where the guys really care more about their customers and getting them back on the road than they do about the profits. These guys are honest and super helpful and have definitely earned all my future business. If i could give them more than 5 stars, I would!
