Garron is awesome. He's knowledgeable, honest and provides excellent service. He is a pleasure is to work with! I called him for a Kawai k500, he was able to get me a brand new one with the best price on the same day and deliver in the next 2 days. I will definitely come back for another grand piano soon! This is the second piano I’ve purchased from Garron. Once again, I shopped around before calling him. The quality of his pianos, coupled with his technical knowledge and prices (excellent!), make this the BEST place to purchase a used piano in Los Angeles! There is a reason many celebrity musicians purchase pianos from The Piano Warehouse! That being said, I am definitely not a professional musician. Garron is patient, not pushy at all and answers all questions. It’s easy to feel comfortable with him - he will even play the pianos for you (if like me, you freeze up when playing in front of others). Highly recommend!

Purchased a yamaha upright. Piano was fantastic, piano delivery and tuning, which is inclusive in the price, was excellent.

The piano tuning, after the piano was delivered, and settled in, really made a huge difference and is very significant.

All in all, very highly recommend GL. They know pianos.
