Trifecta Painting & Construction

My experience with this company, Trifecta, couldn't be better. Their work on my house, (and that's painting the entire house, closets, cabinets, and windows) is immaculate. The colors are perfect and they were amazingly patient and helped me so much in finding the right ones. Their people have been with them for years and are polite, very helpful and completely trustworthy. The supervisor for the job, Alex, fixed shutters, leaks, and new hardware on the drawers. The crew fixed all the wall corners my dog had chewed through as a puppy. The owner, Ean, and his organization do what they say they will, when they say they will do it - and then they follow up. What else can you ask for?

HOA awarded Trifecta the bid for our interior walls and lobby painting project in our LA condo building.

Pros:
- initial walkthrough and contact with the owner and a project manager was provided during the bid walk.
- ability to work with flexibility for HOAs real budget limitations and payment plans, overall we felt we got good value.
- a PM was available always for questions and open to feedback during site work
- courteous, neat and nice workers on site.
- clean work from area prep to touch ups.

Cons:
- project completion timelines may sometimes have been a bit tight for the workers, forcing them to rush and take some shortcuts. But all issues were resolved.

We are happy with the entire process with Trifecta, end to end. We will use them again for other HOA projects.

Having grown accustomed to so many company's middling jobs and poor customer service I was pleasantly surprised with our experience with Trifecta. The prep work and painting are virtually flawless and their pricing was reasonable. I can't rave enough about their personnel. From management down to the painting trainee they were knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Every deadline they gave, they met and left our condo building neat, tidy and beautifully painted. I can't recommend them heartily enough!

The HOA that I am associated with used Trifecta to repaint the outside of our building. We have used Trifecta in the past and were super happy with them on both projects. They are very responsive and professional which I found very comforting. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Our condo community needed a paint update and minor structural repair, and Trifecta was the right vendor for the job. I highly recommend them based on the quality of their work, their accessibility and responsiveness, and the value we received as a community.

From day one they were professional, courteous, and communicative. After we went back and forth on the terms, we agreed to a bid and dates for the work and the project began. Trifecta stayed on schedule and their crews were efficient and courteous. Trifecta even worked with their paint provider to hire a color consultant (free of charge) that helped us design a wonderful new palette for our building which was an unexpected bonus. The team as a whole was easy to work with and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. I believe for the amount and quality of work, we got a bargain in terms of price.

I have to give a special shout-out to the Project Manager, Joseph S. He went above and beyond to help make sure we were happy, providing me with his personal mobile so I could reach out with any concerns or issues as the project went on. If there was confusion or a misstep, Joseph would immediately act to correct it; I was legitimately impressed at his level of customer service and professionalism. Bravo and thank you, Joseph!
