  Stephanie is energetic and motivational. She works with your goals and finds the best way for you to get the results you’re looking for. 10/10 I would recommend her as a trainer.

  Stephanie is one of the most encouraging, nonjudgmental trainers out there!! She genuinely cares about you as a person first. Health can be a means of you loving your life and your body, weight notwithstanding. I highly recommend Stephanie to anyone who has ever thought about starting their health journey to a more self-loving, confident you. PS— ask her about salsa dancing ;)

  Daratony Fitness changed my life!! I was in such a fitness rut and had let myself get so out of shape before I found Daratony Fitness. I’d heard of Stephanie through customers at my job and had seen results from other clients of hers and gave it a go. I cannot express my gratitude for this fitness journey she has led me through! She’s helped me gain my confidence back and understand what my body needs to thrive through clear and effective meal planning. She helped push me when she knew I had more to give - even when I didn’t know. I recommend Daratony Fitness to anyone and everyone who is starting a fitness journey, needing motivation to keep going, or needing an extra boost to see better results!!

  Daratony Fitness helped me identify my fitness goals while keeping the experience of reaching those goals enjoyable and achievable. I was astounded by the results and appreciated the challenge coupled with personality and creativity. I never felt like I was being treated like any other client, but received extremely personalized fitness and meal plans that fit my ability and lifestyle.
