Not enough good things to say about Ashley— she was absolutely fantastic. She was engaging, gave her honest opinion, and we truly wouldn’t have found our bestie’s dress without her. Thanks so much, Ashley, and La Soie!
I want to thank Monse and her team at La Soie Bridal for truly a wonderful experience in helping me find my wedding dress! Monse is absolutely wonderful, sweet, organized, and has such a great personality. I fell in love with an Enzoani dress in store that was only available in Nude color to try on, and Monse went above and beyond to find me a picture of the Sand color through Enzoani which is ultimately the one I decided on! The entire process was always so easy, the team here is extremely professional and organized, sets appointments for you ahead of time and calls you with reminders. They always make you feel so special and try to have one bride at a time in their store. The cost of the gowns are definitely more on the mid-range to pricier end (probably $3,000+), and the cost for the alterations felt high. I was told alterations could be somewhere between $500-$1000, and my gown ended up being near the $1000 range. I have to say, however, that the alterations where 100% perfectly done, I needed the gown to be shortened (I'm 5'1"!) and fitted at the top, and the gown ended up needing 7 bustles! It was all beautifully done, not a single mistake, and you can truly tell they know what they are doing here. I felt super comfortable in my dress the entire day and night which was really important for me. Their accessories here are also gorgeous. They were very kind and offered me a healthcare worker discount due to the pandemic, which I really appreciated it. I loved my experience here and highly recommend them.
I am so happy I found this store! I had previously gone to two other well known stores and felt I wasn't treated so great. Not only did I have a bad experience with the staff before but wasn't happy with dresses. I looked online and found La Soie Bridal and took the risk of driving an hour to them and omg am I glad I did! Both girls in store were the sweetest and most caring ever. Moncé helped me with my dress fitting and she was the sweetest girl I have come across. So nice, so helpful, and genuinely kind. She helped me pull up my dream dress over my big hips! She answered all my questions and when I said yes to the dress, she hugged me and was so excited for me! She event brought white wine for me and my best friend to toast! So happy I found this store and even happier I found my dream dress there.
Shopping for a wedding dress during a pandemic was not how I had envisioned it, but Karin made it extra special. From the moment I chatted on the phone with Monse, the girls were determined to find me THE DRESS! They even made me a mood/vision board to make sure we were on the same page. Karin was so patient and made sure to show me ALL the dresses! She really took her time and didn't make me feel rushed, even on Superbowl Sunday. So happy I found this place, and MY DRESS! Highly recommend!
