I have wondrous experience that they combine taoist theory, origami and yoga movements to give a new insight of yoga practice. “Restorative class is highly recommended.”

Classes are an hour long, perfect for my busy schedule. The space itself is beautiful, peaceful, and inviting - a cozy sanctuary for anyone looking to escape the craziness of the city!

I prefer this place than any studio in SF, where I now live. The design of this studio is also lovable and many teachers have big instagram following

The teachers are extremely attentive and caring, providing excellent adjustments and intelligent pacing and instruction. Sian's class in particular is thoughtful and inspiring. I always leave feeling stronger and wiser.

Love Yoga is an example of how the deepest values of yoga can be taught whilst keeping the room alive with fun and lightheartedness. The sequencing is always surprising and comprehensive and accessible to all levels . Go if you want to fall in love with Yoga for the first time or all over again.
