An incredible experience. Best places in Venice!
Like Lil Wayne once said, real Gs move in silence like lasagna. Gjoshva is no exception. I stopped by on a Friday night for an intimate dinner, expecting standard party fare. Instead, I was treated to four courses that took me on a culinary journey around the world. But the food was just the beginning of a multi-sensory experience that left me a changed woman. The company, the conversation, the wood-paneled walls, the warm Boursin. Gjoshva has a je ne sais quoi that is often imitated, but never duplicated. A must-visit when in Venice.
An amazing, transformative experience. Like the Bermuda Triangle of Venice. I am rejuvenated.
Wow. What a venue. Like all Venice hotspots, the silent G is only the start of a hospitality experience that is future-vintage and people-first. From the small touches to the larger touches to the often overlooked medium sized touches, there is much attention given to the details. Imagine a whole new world. A new fantastic point of view. Ok, that last part was lyrics from "A Whole New World," but it still remains true. Thank you Gjosh for this. Thank you for everything.
I never realized that I was such a barbarian until I wandered, knuckles dragging, into Gjoshva. Like a babe first feasting my eyes on a wonderful new world, I was initiated into the loftiest echelon of hospitality arts by Gjosh himself. Part ‘treasure cave of antiquity’, part ‘tuluminati muse-den’, and all class, all the time. Don’t sleep on this invite should you be lucky enough to get one.
