I mean I can go on and on about how wonderful my first visit was at Valley Circle Dental today. From the massage chair when you walk in, to the excellent customer service at the counter, and the friendly smiling faces in the back with the rest of the staff I felt as if I was in completely competent safe hands my entire visit. I have extremely sensitive gums that even running my tongue across my teeth causes discomfort. Some how, I got through the treatment with, hands down, the best dental experience I have ever had in all my life... And trust I have been quite a bit. They were just so gentle. They were not trying to up sale me on products, procedures, and was able to give alternative treatments, pros and cons to all as well. They were amazingly patient. I did not have to wait long.
... and did I mention the massage chair in the lobby. Oh BOY! Dr. Ray was full of smiles and his touch was just as gentle as a baby's hand. I mean I had a truly wonderful time at the dentist today. All my concerns were addressed. I did not feel rushed so he could tend to other patients.
They took actual pictures of each tooth and used the photos to show me what they were doing and why. They even flossed my teeth for me after the visit?
In conclusion, I trust them with my entire family. I will be switching everyone to Valley Circle Dental.
