Amazing place! They have saved me from being in pain 24/7. Everyone on staff is the best - Ilmir, Craig, Roy and Gary!
My first session with Craig was more than I could have hoped for. I went in with a concern for my right leg having sciatica or perhaps an issue with my piriformis. The pain had been constant and debilitating. Through some basic movement prep and exercises, he was able to determine and diagnose that I had a bulging disc and it was pinching my sciatic nerve. He then proceeded to enlighten me as he led me through a range of body exercises that really restored my athletic confidence. I walked away from my first session feeling strong and ready to work hard to recover and become stronger and more fit than ever. Craig is unbelievably knowledgeable about the body and I could tell tjay he treats each person differently based on THEIR body, mindset and history. I will definitely continue to work with Craig in the future. Excited to regain my strength and beat this injury!
The best physical therapist I've ever gone to, and the first time I have felt like I'm making lifestyle changing progress. Cannot recommend enough, although process may feel slow for some.
