Worked with Arden at the West L.A. store. He was patient and knowledgeable and took the time to show my everything I needed to know about the Inspire FT1. The machine is en route to my house. Again, thanks for the great service.

Ryan and Arden are professional, well informed, friendly, very accommodating and helpful in resolving a minor issue that was due to me not taking the time to read the instruction manuel properly. I also liked the fact that they were interested in me as a person and not just a paying customer. There was no aggressive high sales pitch which allowed me to relax, look around the store and make my choice. Great guys!!

I have purchased exercise equipment from this store several times. They are very professional and accommodating if you need to exchange the equipment for something else. Ryan was excellent.

I had a great experience here. The sales person (Ryan) was helpful, friendly, knowledgable, and (I thought) honest and candid. The equipment was top quality. I got an excellent price, although to be fair it was the previous year's model, so had a special discount. Delivery 2 days later was prompt, on time, and professional. I highly recommend this store.
