We found Jae online and little did we know how great she would be in real life. From start to finish, she was extremely responsive, hardworking and dedicated to the cause of helping us find our dream home in LA. She on multiple occasions made last minute weekend showing happen for us. She helped us negotiate multiple occasions with a few different counterparties. Now that we have purchased a home, she is sending us recommendations for contractors and designers and other vendors on an as needed basis. Jae and Sean helped us sell our late mother’s house. We live on the East Coast and they were able to provide us with services referrals that were excellent. They helped guide us through every step through to completion of the sale. It was an odd time in the market and though a couple of offers fell through, we managed to work through it all to a satisfactory conclusion. They make and have a great team and we were lucky to have been given their names.
