Super grateful for this Public storage location and the staff here. On more than one occasion, Edwin has come through and been incredibly helpful in processing storage unit fees, and making sure our unit with many of our beloved items are safe. It feels good to know we have this little corner in LA on lock.

Ercan was very helpful and an exceptional rep for the business. He went the extra mile to show us around and all of the extra safety/security features of the building. Had a great move in and will highly recommend Ercan for a bonus/promotion. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to welcome us to public storage and answer any questions we had. He did a great job of anticipating our needs!

Edwin is super nice provided an excellent service. He showed me several units and found me the right size for me. The property is clean and and easy access with the public storage App.

Edwin was so great! He answered all of my questions and walked us through the entire process. He gave us a tour of the units which was so helpful before we made our final decision. He then helped me download the app and showed me how to use it , step by step! His customer service was excellent: patient, knowledgeable, kind and professional. It pacified all of my nerves and made me feel confident that I made the right choice In renting a unit here. He even helped us bring a few boxes we purchased to the car. I highly recommend this location and ask for Edwin, he was awesome!
