As first time home buyers, it was a bit of a leap for us to buy a duplex to start and not just any duplex, but a complete fixer. Jane was able to give us the information we needed to make the decisions that worked best for us...from permits and tax records to design choices and cost effective upgrades, Jane was able to speak to it all. For anyone who appreciates a hard working, diligent, and communicative agent, I would highly recommend Jane Lee.

She went above and beyond to get us a house we love in our dream neighborhood at a great price in a ridiculously competitive market. From the moment she met us, she was working tirelesly on our behalf, navigating an unresponsive seller's agent and a complicated sale with expert skill and humor. She also reached out to her many contacts to get us multiple mortgage offers and estimates on all kinds of remodeling projects to understand the real cost of the house. Jane continued to help even after the deal closed, supervising initial projects before we moved in since we were moving from another state. Without her tenacity and skill, we probably would not have been able to buy a house when and where we wanted to. I cannot recommend her highly enough! And Esther was incredibly organized, responsive, and helpful throughout the process, managing countless documents and happily stepping in as needed throughout.

As a first-time homebuyer, I wanted to be sure to work with a real estate agent that was knowledgeable about the market, responsive, and most importantly, had an opinion. Vivian (and her team) were all of those things and more. They made the process of finding a home feel (almost) stress-free. Even after we found our home, Vivian continued to provide guidance and fought for concessions with the other side that I never would have thought to ask for. And she did all this despite being pregnant and after giving birth! I couldn't have asked for a better agent. I’m sad the journey is over.
