  If you're looking for the best soft serve ice cream in town, look no further than this amazing shop! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile from one of the staff, Laura, who was more than happy to help me navigate their extensive menu of delicious flavors.
  
  I decided to try their signature flavor, a combination of vanilla and chocolate swirl, and it was absolutely amazing. The texture was incredibly smooth and creamy, and the taste was rich and indulgent without being overly sweet. I could tell that the ice cream was made with only the freshest and highest quality ingredients.
  
  But what really sets this ice cream shop apart is the fantastic service provided by Laura and her team. They are always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help you find the perfect flavor and toppings to suit your tastes. They go above and beyond to make sure that every customer has a great experience and leaves satisfied.
  
  In addition to their incredible soft serve, the shop also offers a range of toppings and add-ons that you can mix and match to create your perfect dessert. From hot fudge and caramel sauce to fresh fruit and candy, there's something for everyone here.
  
  Overall, I would highly recommend this soft serve ice cream shop to anyone looking for a fantastic dessert experience. The amazing ice cream, friendly staff, and inviting atmosphere make it the perfect spot to enjoy a sweet treat with friends and family. Five stars all the way!

  I was here yesterday and paid nearly $8 with tax for a cone with 2 toppings (I've eaten about half in the photo). Honestly, I wasn't blown away and would choose Coldstone over this place any day. Each topping was $0.69 - some might have been more, but these were the "basic" ones.
  
  It was just okay. First - the menu and set up is slightly confusing if you've never been. I was a little overwhelmed with choices and found it much easier to order on the little kiosk than from the combination of a series of Gelato flavors in picture frames (?) on the walls and 2 TV screens - one with toppings and one with serving possibilities (cups, tacos, milkshakes, cookie sundaes). I promise I'm not dumb, but aesthetically it was a mess to figure out exactly all the options and combinations upon first walking in (not to mention many of the prices) so minus a star there. The kiosk on the other hand was super neat, had pictures of most things, and has a card slot built in so you can create your own dessert without hemming and hawing at the counter.
  
  Second - the Gelato itself was pretty good, I think my salted caramel flavor was overpowered by my toppings choices (brownie bites and Nutella), but the cold brew flavor was delicious. The brownie bites were also particularly satisfying (even my husband agreed) and I feel like sometimes the brownie at ice cream places can be a let down so good going there.
  
  Third - the staff was nice, efficient, and knowledgeable (I overhead a lady asking about egg content for allergies and the man at the counter was ready and eager to inform!)
  
  All in all I wouldn't go out of my way to go back because it's pricey and was good, not super fantastic or anything, but when I'm in this shopping center again I'd like to go back and at least try the Taro flavor with some milder toppings (they have some kind of Boba balls that looked interesting!)
  
  The color changing spoon was a fun surprise!
  
  I waffled between 3 and 4 stars, let's call it 3.5, but round up for the algorithm.

  Delicious variety flavors and toppings. Service is always friendly. Great place to hang out before or probably after watching movie since it’s surrounded by fireplaces. Price is average but sometimes they have promotion on Groupon and Yelp.

  I'm constantly in search for some coolers especially that it's sooooo hot in LA right now. This is now one of my faves. I love that it's super close to our new place too. I appreciate that they have gelato and vegan flavors! I really loved their Italian plain tart. It was super creamy compared to the regular ones.
  
  They have a decent number of toppings too. One thing I don't typically see elsewhere is their ribbon crunch. Super yummy! I wish they add cheesecake bits too.
  
  The guy was also really nice. He fits the brand perfectly. Would definitely go back!
