Country Villa Rehabilitation

The nurse staff at this facility is very nice and compassionate. My mother was brought in from another location and this has been a great experience. Darah the social worker is very on top of her staff and very helpful. I really applaud her work.

The staff at this SNF were not only professional, but extremely compassionate and thorough. My 93 year old mother arrived after experiencing a case of corona virus and month long shut-in at her assisted living, followed by a monthlong stay at a hospital to receive care for an ulcer sore: all without the presence of any family to help her through the confusion and discomfort of the ordeal. Thankfully she was transported to LA Rehab and her compassionate care really began. From her caring, thorough, and attentive Doctor (Dr Lee), to her amazing social worker Darrah (who worked to help us through a major problem even though she was off duty and on vacation!), to a supervisor named Brian who prevented her from being transported needlessly in the middle of a freezing cold night, my mother received the kind of care that each of these professionals would have given to their own mothers. People here don't just check off boxes, they actually care, and I and my whole family are extremely grateful that my mother was lucky enough to be brought here.

From cleaning personal to nurses and therapy people, receptionist... great stuff!!
One or two bad apples but most of them give excellent service and have empathy towards the family and patients!!

This place is an amazing place. It is always clean and Everyone is professional and courteous. The medical care there is prompt and state of the art . My loved one is well cared for and has plenty of socializing activities. Thank you .
