  I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel is staff have to be trained at the highest level possible. They literally had to have put thought was in every single detail of this hotel. Not to mention they are remodeling to make things even better. I have not one negative thing to say. I am nothing close to easy to please. This hotel is the definition of plush and ideal for vacation!!

  This is the kinds hotel you stay at if you wanna fly under the radar but still demand the attention of everyone. The pool area is awesome for meetings. The staff is super friendly.

  We only stayed one night, but what a treat to stay here after a long flight and lots of sightseeing (head whirling). Gorgeous lobby, nice staff, room was huge with a full kitchen...nice for the morning. At first I was a little worried about being on the first level with the pool and facing the highway (noise level), but it was quiet and the beds were very comfy. Loved the location being just out of the way of the craziness, but close enough to jump back into the sightseeing the next day. For our first time and night in LA (and California) the BH Plaza was a great way to start our trip.

  This is my third time staying here. I have to give a major shout out to Bethany. She had been amazing to me on each and every stay!!!! This time Sam and Albert assisted me as well and as usual, I wouldn’t choose a different place to stay. These people are very customer service oriented. I travel often for business and I don’t Of the leave reviews. Kudos to your crew. They are doing an amazing job representing your brand and they should be valued. Thank you all for your kandor.
