I recently lost my phone while I was out of town on business. I contacted Alex Orantes through a friend of mine. He immediately reported my phone lost and filed an insurance claim. He also requested next day shipping on my new phone. By the time I came back from my trip and went to his store, my new phone was already there waiting for me!
