I've been into this AutoZone multiple times. Often I have really dumb questions about really inexpensive small items.

Nevertheless they always treat me like I'm their most important customer, do any research necessary to find out more about the part I need, or walk me to the spot in the store where the item I'm looking for might be. If they don't have it, they always give me a recommendation on where I'm likely to be able to find it. I'm never made to feel like I've asked a dumb question, or that I'm wasting their time.

Beyond that, they are helpful and try to provide additional advice on the items I'm purchasing. I've also noticed employees out in the parking lot actually helping people figure out what parts they need, or how to put something in.

Recently I purchased a used 2000 Isuzu NPR utility truck. It is a large vehicle and usually used. Generally speaking AutoZone is not really the right place to shop for parts for this vehicle. They are a more appropriate store for smaller vehicles. I figure I have about a one-in-three (33%) chance that they're going to have what I need for this truck.

In spite of this, I still come to this AutoZone first in because I like doing business with them so much.

Yes, this is "just" an auto parts store, but it's so much more because of their great attitude. I actually enjoy going there. If they had a coffee shop in the back corner I'd probably hang out there.

Kudos to AutoZone and especially to the management and employees of this store. You make us feel welcome, and cared for.

PS. I have a little 10 lb white dog who loves going to AutoZone with me. They always treat him very well also.

Very kind and helpful associate replaced my car battery! Really appreciate the quick customer service as well. It's truly rare to find great customer service these days, and this young man was approachable and nice to work with.

I came in to get my battery checked and Dan did a great job helping me out. He walked me through the options and replaced the battery for me very quickly. He did a great job and I’m very thankful!

Kudos to Patrick for giving me EXCELLENT customer service. Not only did he advise me on what to do about a check engine light, he helped me purchase a back wiper for my Pruis that I haven't been able to get anywhere else expect the dealer, AND he installed it too. I could not have had a better experience. And this is why I go to Auto Zone and not Napa. Give this man a raise!

My battery kept dying so I came here to have them check it. Dennis and Dan were so nice and helpful and Dennis replaced my battery for me! It was difficult; I would have been frustrated, but Dennis was pleasant and also explained what he was doing, which I really appreciated... awesome experience!!
