I came in with deep reservations, as Windstone, the referral service I was forced to use, is infamous for using a string of bad, single star-rated psychiatrists who only work one day per week from scattered locations. Dr. Karpus was a surprise...a pleasant one. While I did have a long wait before being seen, I understood once we got going. Dr. spent over 35 minutes with me, covering everything that could be covered from current meds to past meds and treatments, my history, etc. I walked out very pleased with the experience.
I have seen Dr. Niss. He is throughly knowledgeable in the treatment of many types of mood disorders. Has A practical view, From many years of research.
