Been training with him for a year and if you’re looking to be fit and implement life style changes that Donovan has been able to help me with then give him a try.

I’ve been receiving personal training from Donovan (@applypressure_fitness on ig) for over a year now and I can confidently say he’s amazing at what he does. He is not only very knowledgeable and professional, he is also personable and down to earth. The atmosphere is also just as good too. Everybody is friendly and it’s always a great time when I come to zoom culture to train with him. Ive been training with Emil (EZA Fitness) for a little over 4 months now and I can confidently say he’s the best!! He’s helped me progress in my fitness journey by giving me personalized workouts based on my goals. Having access to a private gym surrounded by like minded people who support you in your workouts really elevates the experience too!! They also have an amazing massage therapist in house that can provide recovery therapy.
10/10 highly recommend!!
