(November 6, 2019, 6:23 pm)Built on a scale that has you marveling at the creative talents of the architects and builders who made this gigantic project possible. Here is the euphoric joy of space. Yet, you never feel overwhelmed. Somehow, the human form feels comfort. We belong here. The views in every direction is ever changing on giant video screens. I particularly enjoyed the silent movie displayed across the high video screen.
Years ago, when trains built marble cathedrals in city centers, there was a feeling of dread, depression. Humanity was reduced to a mindless crowd, as expessed in the brilliant Russia silent film "Battleship Potemkin." LAX has reinvented itself.
One nice feature: You can enjoy a meal with family, colleague, and friends without checking through TSA. There are many Interesting eateries on the first floor just past the ticket counters.
The expensive parking is wheelchair accessible and is located across from the terminal. Everything in the multi-story complex is ADA compliant. -

(October 6, 2019, 11:39 pm)Efficient check-in and security clearance. Nice clean, modern terminal. But a poor choice of shops. I wanted to buy some electronic equipment but the only place that sells electronics is an Apple dealer. No good if you want some other brand.
