“When yesterday with my wife, this is a great local spot for Chinese food. I used to come here all the time as a kid before the renovations and they honestly still taste the same. I’m not surprised the same owners are still cooking up the best Chinese recipes from their veggie egg rolls to their orange chicken. If you’ve been wondering whether you should come taste this place I think this is your sign that you should. Just look at the portion sizes for our food in the pictures included. “It's a cute little shop that's locally owned and run. I ordered a vegan Strawberry Shortcake for my birthday and couldn't help but get a few more pastries when I went to pick it up. The cake was delicious, light, fluffy, and had the perfect amount of sweetness. It tastes like a European or Mexican bakery. The pastries are sweet but not overwhelmingly rich. Just how I like it. It's hard to find bakeries in LA that are completely vegan like this one. They have gluten-free options as well for those with a sensitivity to wheat. I will definitely be back.
