She was efficient but took her time. She didn’t burn my hair or ears which used to happen to me all the time. The only criticism I have is curly hair needs to be combed from the bottom up. But even then she didn’t hurt me or hurt my hair when combing. When I need to get my hair straightened again I’ll definitely be back.”
