“I wanted to thank Verio….for being amazing while my mom needed her medical supplies from them. Their staff was always very helpful and accessible. Yes, they have a voicemail service as all companies do…but you get a call back within 24 hours of not within that day. Their after hours staff also super amazing one night my mom’s concentrator started to beep with alerts I called and they had someone contact me….at 1am the manager of the facility met me at the warehouse to exchange the machine. I offered to meet him there since he was driving from an hour away in to Chatsworth and we’re in Ventura county. If I missed their deliver day because I forgot to call in the exchange …they were always courteous and let me come by the warehouse to exchange tanks. Also their online chat feature…….I found was SUPER easy to schedule the exchanges or ask any questions.”
