“This is a very nice updated and well kept apartment in Hollywood. It is modern and has nice amenities like a pool and gym center. I do not live here but I toured the apartment complex today. The assistant manager Yolanda is a people person and excellent at her job. She was warm and welcoming from the second I stepped in the door for my tour. Don't stop along the GPS quoted route until you reach the park itself, you'll be tempted based on how many people park downhill and walk up, you can go through the residential neighborhoods right up to the park.
